Wellspring Community Church is Elder-run, meaning Elders make high level church decisions, managing budget and creating a vision. Each ministry area has a Ministry Leader in charge of specific ministry departments.

Paul and Sandy have 6 awesome kids. They love the UP life. Helping people learn how to slow down and pour into others around them is one of their passions.

Josh and Diana have been married over 10 years and have 4 amazing kids. Their goal is to create a welcoming place for all. Josh manages WCC operations and the Connections ministry.
